If an item is "out of stock," your order may be delayed. It will be shipped as soon as it is back in stock. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
You can upgrade to USPS Express Overnight Mail at checkout. This upgrade does NOT speed up processing times but will shorten transit time once your order is shipped.
All packages include tracking with signature confirmation. This requirement will not be waived.
Shipping insurance is available at checkout. If selected, the package will be fully insured for its total value. If lost, the client must file a claim with USPS directly.
For high-value purchases, we strongly recommend selecting insurance.
If insurance is declined, Heavenly Tresses is not responsible for lost packages.
Orders can be shipped to APO/FPO military addresses via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that delivery may take 1-2 weeks.
Heavenly Tresses is not responsible for delays once packages are in transit.

If a package is marked "undeliverable" and returned to Heavenly Tresses due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer:
The order is subject to a 15% handling fee.
The buyer must pay for reshipping costs.
Risk of Loss: Once the package is handed over to USPS or DHL, it is no longer under our control. If your package is lost, you must contact USPS or DHL directly to initiate a package trace.
